Are you a first timer client and want more information about my sessions and coaching style? Here I will give you an overview about a general coaching session you'll have with me. If you need more information, please contact me on my contact page and send a message!☺️
My coaching style is an understanding, problem solving, holistic one. My goal is to help you through your current situation, while also giving you the tools and education you need so that you are prepared to handle future situations like this if they happen again. After a few sessions (or maybe 1 depending on your personality type), you won’t need me anymore and that’s a good place to be!😉
During our session, I listen to you tell me about yourself and why you need help. I begin to understand where you currently are and where you'd like to be. We talk about your budget, your relationship with money, your passions and your habits. From there, I make a personalized plan for you and give you a checklist of tasks that help you reach your goals and solve these problems.
My 15 minute consultation call is the 'get to know you' to see if this is right for you. If you book a 15 minute consultation, I will give you a general assessment quiz to complete that gives me an idea of your current financial state before our call. The 15 minute consultation is not only for ‘getting to know you.’ You can always book a 15 minute consultation at any time during your financial journey if you just want me as the professional you bounce ideas off of.
After you’ve decided you feel comfortable with me as your coach, a 1 hour session and the 1.5 hour session, I will give you a more detailed assessment to complete that dives deeper into your financial habits and your mentality towards money. I give you everything you need to get started and make the positive changes in your life. I am always available via email and WhatsApp for all of my clients. I do weekly email check-ins just to make sure everything is ok. If it isn't ok, you can let me know at that time and we will adjust your plan to something that works better for you. Life can be unpredictable therefore it's important to be flexible and adapt to these changes and I am here for you when that happens.
Also included in the 1 hour session fee and the 1.5 hour session, is a free 15 minute follow-up call during the month to check-in.
Your progress depends where you are currently in your journey and how determined you are for your goals and dreams. Most of my clients start to see a change within 2-4 weeks. In general, it takes about 3 months to see all the growth you have made and to form healthier habits.
